1) We just got back Noahs preschool pictures this morning and i am obsessed! He always gets the best pictures done at school... probably cause he listens to his teachers and other people better than he listens to me. :-)
2) We finally used a gift card he got for his birthday and went to Build A Bear... we did this before as a reward for getting a big boy bed last christmas but this time he really understood what was going on. Was able to chat and joke with the girl helping, and was super proud of himself for making Toothless (dragon from How to Train your Dragon)... his choice that he picked
3) Last Sunday we went to Argos Farm, which is always a favorite of mine. Its local and has expanded over the year to include more and more fun for little kids and families. This day was particularly cold out so the crowds weren't to bad. And we got there right at opening. We played for a couple hours and then went into their new Barn/Food area where we picked up some fresh apple donuts, and some burgers and fries before heading home for nap :-)

After Argos the Mullers came over for Football Sunday and we decorated pumpkins with the kids
4) Noah has really enjoyed playing with legos and blocks lately. I was thinking we don't really own any "bell and whistle" toys.. you know the ones that need batteries and light up etc. Besides the iPad most of his toys are imagination toys or figures, cars, planes, etc. He acts out scenes with the blocks and builds different things. This is my favorite stuff to watch him play lately
5) and our latest OBSESSION is.... "Blind bags and blind boxes"... again i blame youtube.. its along the same lines as the surprise easter eggs that we still enjoy, but this time they are bags with a theme and you don't know whats inside. The problem is that they sell these at a lot of stores...unlike the Kinder Surprise Eggs that you can't get here, Noah sees blind bags in the store and brian and i are suckers and we have been giving them out for rewards.. and we secretly are just as excited to see whats inside haha... Our Favorite are the Teenymates NFL bags.

We own a lot of these and i think we are only missing 6 teams. What i think is neat is Noah now knows all the team logos and he can name them all. AND he knows about 50% of the quarterbacks haha. He will go "wheres Jay Cutler....oh there he is" He asks everyone who their favorite team is. (teachers, karate teacher, gymnastic teachers etc) and if they say a team that someone else already likes he makes them pick again "no you don't like the eagles, charlie likes the eagles".
When my 3 year old knows who the patriots are and can bring me two figures saying "this is tom brady and Gronk".. i feel like i am doing something right ;-)
