Summer time and 13 months

Noah is 13 month today! This past month we have started walking! He took his first steps right after his first birthday. He started with 3 and then more and more at a time and now we walk/drunken sailer around mist if the day. Although if ge wants to get anywhere quick he crawls.

He is a great eater! Favorites still are cheese, watermelon, bananas, yogurt, French toast and pancakes.

We are totally off formula and are on organic whole milk.

He has been going to bed around 7 or 7:30 and waking up between 7 and 8! I also think we are gonna try for the one nap a day soon. Since he has been sleeping later our morning nap has been later and that lasts anywhere from an hour to 2 hours and sometimes it's hard to squeeze in a second nap and it not be so close to bed time. Ideally I would like him down to like a 11-2 nap but hey as long A's he gets some good naps in I can't be too picky

His favorite toys are his trains, books, and ball pit

Party Time

We had Noahs first birthday party on Saturday.  The weather was great and we had a good turn out. (about 30 adults and 15 kids) We went with a Whale theme :-)

Brian and i also worked really hard to get our basement finished for the party incase of bad weather.  The kids loved the new play room and i think at one point i counted 12 little ones all playing together!

1st Birthday

His actual Birthday was May 24th.  Brian took off from school and we had a fun family day.  We went into Noah's room singing happy birthday,  he cried :-) We brought him downstairs where his presents from us were all set up in front of him, he had a great time discovering it all and would look up at us like "this is for me?" or "look what i found!" We then went to his favorite restaurant IHOP,  the boy loves pancakes!   After his morning nap we ventured off to the Popcorn Park Zoo,  this was his first trip!  He really liked all the animals!  We came back home for lunch and another nap and then we decided we would try the boardwalk for dinner. It was a little disappointing since no rides were open and most of the stores and restaurants were closed. We ended up having some pizza, getting some icecream and heading home.
